2. Timing of Cancellation:
Cancellation requests will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle for each campaign. Services will remain active until that time.
To avoid charges for the next cycle, please ensure your cancellation request is submitted at least 7 days before your next scheduled billing date.
3. Final Billing:
Upon cancellation, your final bill will include charges for the current billing cycle during which the cancellation request was made.
No further charges will be applied to your account after the end of the current billing cycle, meaning the campaign was completed in full.
4. No Refunds for Partial Use:
We do not issue refunds for partial use within a billing cycle. If you cancel during a billing cycle, you will not receive a refund or credit for any remaining days in the billing period.
5. Prepaid Services:
If you have prepaid for services, please contact our support team to discuss any eligible refunds as per our Refund Policy.
6. Responsibility for Cancellation:
It is your responsibility to ensure that all necessary data and content are secured from your account before the cancellation takes effect. Presspool.ai will not be liable for any loss of data post-cancellation.
