1. Initial Deposits and Setup Fees:

  • Initial deposits and any setup fees are non-refundable as they cover the cost of setting up your account and campaigns.

2. Subscription Services:

  • For subscription-based services, we do not provide refunds for periods of time where the service was available but unused.

  • If you cancel your subscription, you will have access to your subscription until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.

3. Campaign Credits and Overpayments:

  • If you have a credit balance on your account from overpayments or canceled campaigns that were prepaid, you may be eligible for a refund of those credits.

  • Refund eligibility for credit balances will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to administrative fees.

4. Billing Errors:

  • If you believe you have been incorrectly billed, please contact our customer support team immediately. If an error on our part has occurred, we will issue a credit or refund as appropriate.

  • Claims for billing errors must be made within 30 days of the billing date. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

5. Service Cancellation:

  • In the event of cancellation of services, we require a notice period as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

  • Following the effective date of cancellation, you will not be charged further. However, no refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing cycle.

6. Quality Guarantee:

  • If you are unsatisfied with the quality of service received, we encourage you to contact our support team. We will work with you to address your concerns and may offer refunds or credits at our discretion based on the individual circumstances.

7. Refund Process:

  • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a (14) fourteen business days from the approval of the refund request.
