Presspool.ai Terms of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to Presspool.ai, a service provided by AuthorityTech LLC. These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern your access to and use of Presspool.ai’s website, services, products, and content (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these ToS and any additional policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not use Presspool.ai.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using the Services in any way, including visiting the Presspool.ai website, you agree to these ToS and all associated policies, which may be updated periodically without prior notice. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract.
3. User Registration & Account Responsibility
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of Presspool.ai. You agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
Maintain the security of your account and password.
Accept full responsibility for all activity under your account.
Presspool.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
4. Billing & Payment Policy
4.1 Wallet Funding Requirement (Pre-Paid Mode)
Before launching any campaign in Pre-Paid Mode, you must pre-fund your Presspool.ai wallet with an amount sufficient to cover the estimated campaign costs.
Funds are deducted from your wallet balance as verified clicks or impressions are delivered.
Wallet funds allocated to a campaign are non-refundable once the campaign has been approved.
4.2 Usage-Based Billing (Post-Pay Mode)
For campaigns launched under Usage-Based (Post-Pay) Mode, you are required to add and maintain a valid payment method on file.
By adding a payment method, you authorize Presspool.ai and its payment processor (Stripe) to automatically charge your card or account for verified clicks, impressions, or campaign fees as they occur.
Billing occurs daily or at other regular intervals based on verified click data and campaign performance.
You agree that:
Each verified click or impression constitutes a billable event.
Charges are processed automatically, without additional notice, until the campaign is paused or completed.
You remain responsible for ensuring sufficient funds or credit on your payment method.
Declined or failed payments may result in immediate campaign suspension and additional processing fees.
4.3 Mixed Campaign Types
Presspool.ai may, at its discretion, allow you to operate both Pre-Paid and Post-Pay campaigns under the same account.
Each campaign’s billing mode is clearly indicated at launch, and you are bound by the payment terms applicable to that mode.
In all cases, you are responsible for any verified clicks, impressions, or publisher deliverables generated prior to pause, cancellation, or completion.
4.4 Commitment to Pay
By funding your wallet or adding a payment method, you acknowledge and agree that funds allocated to a campaign are non-refundable once the campaign is approved.
You further authorize Presspool.ai to collect all applicable charges for verified campaign activity in accordance with your selected billing mode.
4.5 Unused Funds
Funds not allocated to an active or pending campaign remain in your wallet and can be used for future campaigns.
Clients may request a refund of unused wallet funds only if they have not been committed to a campaign.
4.6 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment, Presspool.ai reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and dispute any chargeback claims deemed invalid.
4.7 Commitment to Publisher Compensation
You acknowledge that once a campaign is launched, publishers are immediately engaged and compensated for participation.
Any pause or cancellation request does not nullify payment obligations for publisher work already initiated, scheduled, or completed.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 No Refunds for Active or Completed Campaigns
Once a campaign has been approved and launched, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
This includes cancellations due to changing your mind, business strategy changes, budget reallocation, or dissatisfaction with performance.
5.2 Non-Refundable Payments & Prepayments
All deposits, setup fees, and prepayments are final and non-refundable.
Funds allocated to a campaign are considered fully committed and cannot be refunded, even if the campaign is paused or canceled mid-way.
5.3 Client Responsibility
By submitting a campaign and making a payment, you acknowledge that:
You have reviewed and approved all campaign details before launch.
Campaign results are variable, and Presspool.ai does not guarantee specific outcomes.
You waive any right to request a refund for services rendered.

5.4 Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in cases of billing errors (e.g., duplicate charges). Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.
5.5 Paused or Interrupted Campaigns
Pausing a campaign does not suspend your financial obligations for any work already initiated.
By submitting a pause request, you acknowledge and agree that:
Publishers assigned before the pause will continue to be compensated for work already completed or committed to.
Clicks or impressions generated before or during the pause review period remain fully billable.
The pause takes effect only after Presspool.ai confirms receipt and approval of your request.
You remain liable for all verified charges until the pause is officially processed and acknowledged.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your services at any time after completing your campaign obligations. However, no refunds will be issued for cancellations once a campaign is launched.
Mid-campaign cancellations or pause requests do not constitute a termination of financial responsibility. Presspool.ai reserves the right to continue billing for any verified clicks, impressions, or publisher deliverables that occurred prior to official cancellation confirmation.

7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
Use Presspool.ai for prohibited content (e.g., scams, hate speech, unlawful promotions).
Attempt to manipulate campaign metrics.
