User Registration
You may be required to register with Presspool.ai to access certain services or areas of the site. With respect to any such registration, we may refuse to grant you, and you may not use, a username or email address that is already being used by someone else, that may be construed as impersonating another person, that belongs to another person, that violates the intellectual property or other rights of any person, that is offensive, or that we reject for any other reason in our sole discretion. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including the password.
Billing Policy
When you use Presspool.ai’s services, you agree to our Billing Policy as outlined below:
Commitment to Pay: By entering your payment information and submitting your campaign, you are entering into a binding contract and agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your account, including any applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges. You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for these amounts, and you affirm that you are authorized to provide such authorization.
Recurring Billing: We operate on a subscription model with recurring weekly charges based on the usage of our services. By agreeing to these terms, you accept responsibility for all recurring charges and consent to automatic billing until you cancel your subscription, which you can do at any time in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
Updating Payment Information: If your payment method fails or your account is past due, you agree to promptly provide us with a valid form of payment. You are responsible for keeping your billing information up to date and ensuring that your payment method is not canceled or otherwise unavailable to us.
Refusal of Payment: Should you refuse payment of any billable service, dispute charges without just cause, or otherwise fail to make payments for services rendered, you will be in breach of contract, and Presspool.ai reserves the right to pursue any legal actions necessary to collect the debt.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: If you initiate a chargeback or dispute through your credit card company, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account access. We also reserve the right to dispute any chargeback claims that we believe are without merit, and you agree to cooperate with us in resolving any such disputes with your bank or credit card company.
Service Interruptions for Non-Payment: Services may be interrupted on accounts that reach 10 days past due. Accounts that are not collectible by Presspool.ai may be turned over to an outside collection agency for collection.
Fee for Reinstatement: If your account is suspended for non-payment, we may impose a fee to reinstate your services.
Acknowledgment of Terms: By using Presspool.ai's services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Billing Policy and agree to its terms.
Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

User Conduct
You are responsible for all your activity in connection with the Services. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your right to access or use the Services.
Content and Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Services is the exclusive property of Presspool.ai or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the content without our express written authorization.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Presspool.ai disclaims all warranties, including the warranty of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.
