Presspool.ai Billing Policy

1. Introduction
This Billing Policy outlines the billing and payment practices of AuthorityTech LLC, doing business as Presspool.ai (“Presspool.ai”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using our platform, you agree to the following policy governing how charges, deposits, and payments are processed.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all clients and companies (“Users”) that launch, manage, or fund campaigns through the Presspool.ai platform.
3. Billing Models
Presspool.ai offers two billing models:
(a) Pre-Funded Wallet Billing
Users may deposit funds into their Presspool.ai wallet prior to launching a campaign.
Wallet funds are deducted as verified clicks or impressions are delivered.
Wallet balances are non-refundable once allocated to an active campaign but may be refunded if unused.
(b) Usage-Based (Post-Pay) Billing
Users may instead link a valid payment method (credit or debit card).
Presspool.ai securely stores payment authorization via Stripe.
The card on file will be automatically charged daily for verified clicks or impressions incurred.
A receipt and charge summary will be available in the user dashboard.
4. Billing Cycle
For usage-based billing, charges occur automatically once per day for verified clicks.
For wallet-based campaigns, deductions occur in real time as results are verified.
All charges appear in the user’s campaign ledger and monthly billing summary.
5. Deposits & Wallet Funding
Wallet deposits are pre-payments for campaign activity.
Funds allocated to active campaigns are non-refundable.
Unused wallet balances may be withdrawn upon written request within 7 days of verification.
6. Payment Methods
By linking or providing a payment method, you authorize Presspool.ai and its processor (Stripe) to charge your account for:
Campaign deposits,
Daily verified click usage,
Any other agreed-upon service fees.
If a payment fails, Presspool.ai may suspend your account or campaign until the balance is resolved.
7. Overdue or Failed Payments
Accounts with overdue balances may incur suspension or collection action.
Presspool.ai reserves the right to withhold campaign data and publisher payouts until outstanding charges are resolved.
8. Disputes
Billing disputes must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the charge date.
Charges older than 7 days are considered final and non-disputable.
9. Refunds
Refunds are processed per our Refund Policy.
Wallet refunds only apply to unused balances.
Post-pay charges for verified clicks are non-refundable.
10. Changes to Billing Policy
Presspool.ai reserves the right to modify this Billing Policy at any time. The updated version will be effective upon posting on our website with the revised Last Updated date.
